Thai Yoga Therapy is a clothes-on, full-body massage, performed on a mat on the floor. It includes gentle stretching, rhythmic pressure, yoga posturing, palming and thumbing along energy (sen) lines and pressure points, combined with breath. It is sometimes called ‘lazy man’s yoga,’ or the ‘dance of Thai.’
Susan was trained and certified in Levels 1 and 2, by Kam Thye Chow, a well respected Master of Thai Yoga Massage, who founded Lotus Palm School in Montreal (the first school of Thai Yoga Massage in North America,) and taught all over the world.
