MEET ME AT THE HIGH.. SATURDAY JANUARY 18, 11:30A & 12:30P
Once again I'll be teaching Yoga at the High Museum in January. 'Oasis at the High' offers a sanctuary for those seeking both solace and community amid world-class art. There will be two, 45-minutes, beginner-friendly sessions: 11:30a and 12:30p. I will be in the Anne Cox Lobby. (there's another class elsewhere.) Sign up in the museum outside the Lobby.
